Questions about official Cooke County criminal records belong with the government office that created or maintains the file. The contacts below route court files to the correct clerk, arrest and booking material to the sheriff or police agency, and statewide criminal-history requests to Texas DPS. This is a private reference site and cannot retrieve, alter, certify, or accept filings for any government record.

This Is Not a Government Office. We cannot run an official check, obtain or correct a record, remove an entry, or receive an expunction filing.
